• Where is the store based?

  Genk, Belgium

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Worldwide. I ship from Belgium (Europe)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Shipping Cost

  Orders are shipped using non-tracked priority mail. If you want tracking with your order please add the "tracking" product in the shop to your cart, this is the extra shipping cost needed for tracking.

  Storenvy has a strange way of setting up shipping costs. I've set it as low as possible for small orders. If, however, you make an order with many items I may contact you about extra charge for high weight orders and send you an invoice for the remaining payment. (if you wish to cancel your order in that case you may).

  Note that while I do my best to package everything securely, issues that arrive during shipment are out of my hands. I am also not responsible for any potential import taxes to your country.
  Please also give your package some time to arrive before contacting me (shipping outside Europe can take 2+ weeks in some cases).
  If anything happens you're welcome to contact me and I'll do my best to find a solution.

• What about Corona?

  Shipping is currently back available for most countries. If, however, it would be impossible to ship to your location I will contact you and you may choose whether I hold onto the order until shipping is available again or cancel/refund.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
